TCR-Profiler is currently under development. It will support researchers to perform sophisticated TCR sequence analyses for all chains, TCRα, TCRβ, TCRg and TCRd, and all three regions, CDR1, CDR2, and CDR3. The software will accept sequence data from a variety of methodologies and workflows.
TCR-Profiler is already used in-house by AbnomX for its own clinical research and for consulting services.
